Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiation Therapist to join our team for a full-time role. The successful candidate will possess essential skills and experience in ARIA and TrueBeam systems. This position focuses on providing radiation therapy in an outpatient adult setting, primarily treating benign diseases and cancer diagnoses.

Key Details

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)
• Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Average Daily Census: 25 patients
• Number of Rooms: 1
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Special Procedures: Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT)

Required Qualifications

• Must have ARIA experience
• Must have TrueBeam experience
• Certified by ARRT (T)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Core Skills

• Experience with External Beam Therapy
• Proficient in Varis-Vision/ARIA record and verify systems
• Ability to conduct CT simulation and treatment site simulations
• Knowledge of CBCT/kV/mV imaging techniques

Preferred Skills

• Experience in treating benign brain tumors and heterotopic bone conditions
• Knowledge of IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy) techniques and respiratory gating
• Experience with keloids treatment and prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials
• Familiarity with Vision RT treatment units

Additional Information

This position requires that any time-off requests (RTO) be made prior to booking, and additional requests on-site may lead to cancellations. The role will not require orientation or dimensions training, enabling the traveler to commence work immediately in the clinic environment.
