Position Details

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment, offering a minimum of 36 hours per week. This position is scheduled for day shifts and does not require holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy
• Valid state licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Location

The position is located in Big Horn, WY.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies
