Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a range of radiographic procedures while ensuring quality patient care and safety. The successful candidate will work the Night shift, 3 days per week, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (17:00 - 05:30)
• Weekends Required: Yes (Friday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures including abdomen, chest, and extremity imaging.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and infection prevention protocols.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed for certain procedures.
• Utilize advanced imaging equipment and technology, including GE and Philips systems.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, attending to diverse patient populations.
• Participate in on-call shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

• Current state license in Oregon.
• Certification: ARRT R, BLS, Fluoro Permit (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a large facility hospital.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patient care.
• Proficiency in performing various imaging studies, including fluoroscopy and mobile procedures.
• Familiarity with PACS and Epic charting systems.
