Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Oncology to join our healthcare team. This position requires the nurse to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide and manage care for patients with oncology and hematology needs, particularly those with Central Venous Access Devices (CVAD). The RN may float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.

Schedule

• Shift: 0730 start, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirements: None
• On Call Requirements: None

Orientation Schedule

• April 27–28
• May 11–12
• May 26–27

Facilities

This position may require flexibility to work at various facilities, including:

• Level 3 Trauma Centers located in Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge
• Level 2 Trauma Center in Moline
• Level 4 Trauma Center in Muscatine
• Level 1 Trauma Center in Rock Island

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Completion of at least one travel contract is required.
• Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system is essential.
• A valid Iowa state nursing license is required; compact licenses are accepted.
• Must not have been employed in the last 12 months within the organization.

Certification Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
