Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Technologist specialized in X-Ray to provide coverage for two shifts on the weekend of May 23rd and May 24th. The required hours are from 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM for each shift.

Requirements

• Must possess an active ARRT certification.
• Must have current licensure uploaded prior to the start date.
• Hepatitis B documentation is required: proof of three doses/series, a positive titer, or a recent declination form.
• Documentation of the Influenza vaccine is necessary: proof of vaccination or a declination statement.
• COVID-19 vaccination proof or a medical/religious exemption with a letter of attestation must be provided.
• A negative 10-panel drug screen result within the last year is required.
• Obtaining Michigan ICHAT search results within 30 days of the start date is mandatory.
• Completion and uploading of I-9 Attestation is required.
• A TB test result: 1 PPD, 2 Step, TB Quantiferon, T-Spot, or chest X-ray with proof of a positive PPD within two years of the start date is required.
• Completion of a Sexual Offender and Predator Registry Search within 30 days of the start date is necessary.
• A criminal background check covering seven years, including a national search and SSN verification within one year of the start date, is necessary.
