Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology and hold essential certifications. This position offers normal business hours with a rotating day off and call responsibilities as required by contract.

Schedule:

• Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday with a rotating day off.
• Call Requirement: One primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks that alternates between primary or backup.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in interventional radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS.
• Skills: Proficient in using Siemens equipment; experience with EPIC electronic medical records system is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology procedures safely and effectively.
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment and ensure optimal imaging quality.
• Maintain a focus on patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Accurately document patient records utilizing EPIC, when applicable.

Work Environment:

The position is set within a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team that includes physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers collaborating to perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures.

Facility Details:

• 8 Procedure Rooms available.
• Daily patient census ranging from 20 to 40.
• Focus exclusively on interventional procedures, with no cardiovascular, electrophysiology, neurological, or hybrid OR services offered.
