Description
Position: Special Procedures Technologist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Special Procedures Technologist with experience in Interventional Radiology. This position is crucial for providing exceptional care and performing specialized procedures within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures.
- Assist the radiologist during exams and procedures to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Document and record patient information accurately.
- Provide support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
Shift Information
This position requires availability for a 4x10 shift schedule, including holiday coverage.
Qualifications
- Recent experience in Interventional Radiology is required.
- ARRT certification is mandatory.
- BLS certification is required.
- Less than 1 year of minimum experience is acceptable.
