Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology and hold essential certifications, while demonstrating proficiency in the necessary skills to effectively carry out a variety of interventional procedures.

Schedule

• Hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday with a rotating day off.
• Call Requirement: One primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks, alternating between primary and backup.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in interventional radiology.
• Certifications: ARRT, BLS, ACLS.
• Skills: Proficient in operating Siemens imaging equipment.
• Preferred: Experience with the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures.
• Effectively operate Siemens imaging equipment during procedures.
• Ensure safety and comfort for patients throughout all procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the EPIC system (preferred).

Work Environment

• Interventional Radiology department with a collaborative multi-disciplinary team of physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers.
• Facilities include 8 procedure rooms operating during normal business hours (7 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday).
• Focus on interventional procedures, excluding cardiac electrophysiology, neuro, or hybrid operating room cases.
