Position Details
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Physical Therapist (PT) Acute Care Hospital role. This is a day shift position, requiring five 8-hour days from 08:00 to 17:00.
Job Description
This position focuses on providing direct patient care within a short-term acute care setting. The role involves working with patients presenting with various diagnoses, as detailed in the standard profile. The position does not require floating between units and will not involve on-call duties or weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist with acute care experience.
- Minimum one year of experience or first-time licensure required.
- Patient-to-therapist ratio expected to be 1:1.

This facility is a Short-Term Acute Care center with 379 staffed beds and is recognized as a Level II Trauma Center.
Department Guidelines
The dress code for licensed personnel is solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire. Scrub tops may feature colored piping; print tops are not permitted. Unlicensed personnel must wear solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire. Exceptions apply to designated areas such as the Children's Hospital and Women’s Services.
