Description
Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our dedicated team. This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and the possibility of floating to different units as needed.
Shift Information
Shifts will run from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must be willing to float to units where experience is applicable and are required to work every other weekend.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in ICU/CCU - Required
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience - Required
- Ability to float to Med-Surg/Tele when necessary - Required
- Experience with EPIC software - Required
- Previous travel experience - Required
- Must have own vehicle - Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Required
Certification Requirements
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
Licensing Requirements
Candidates must possess a current New York State RN License.
Additional Information
COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not mandatory. Compliance with a 14-panel drug screening and training from designated groups for onboarding is required.
Please ensure that the necessary documentation, including your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License, is provided along with your application. The personal dress code includes wearing scrubs of any color, with no designs or cartoons, and no hoodies permitted.
