Position: Ultrasound Technologist

Shift Notes

This position typically requires a shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility for early start times at 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or later shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30/8:00 PM. Additionally, there are opportunities for 12-hour shifts with a guaranteed 40-hour work week. Weekend shifts may be required on an as-needed basis.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for conducting comprehensive ultrasound examinations and procedures in a safe and efficient manner, aiding physicians in accurate diagnosis. The role requires working with a diverse patient population, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound technology
• Demonstrated strong sonography skills with the ability to work independently
• ARDMS certification is required
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) is required
• Experience with all patient age groups is essential
• Experience with Epic software is preferred

Profile Requirements

• Comprehensive work history
• Current skills checklist, updated within the last year, relevant to the specialty
• Two supervisory reference forms, completed within the last two years
• Eligibility to work in the USA must be noted on the profile
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
