Job Opportunity

Department Description

The Rehabilitation teams provide thorough evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing injuries or conditions that affect their physical mobility or functional independence. Our specialized services encompass orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, and chronic pain management through movement therapy. The primary objective is to facilitate patients' return to functional activities and community engagement.

Experience/Education/Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required.
Ability to travel to multiple points of care is essential.

Shift Information

Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), no weekends.
Holiday coverage is required.

Minimum Years of Experience

1 year of relevant experience is required.
