<h2>Position: Med/Surg RN</h2>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> 100 Mile Radius Rule from the facility in Arizona</p>

<h2>Shift Information</h2>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Shift Type:</strong> 12-hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)</li>
    <li><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 13 weeks</li>
</ul>

<h2>Experience Requirements</h2>
<p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant nursing field.</p>

<h2>Certifications Required</h2>
<ul>
    <li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)</li>
    <li>BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support/Basic Cardiac Life Support)</li>
</ul>

<h2>Job Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Provide nursing care in Med/Surg and float to Observation as needed.</li>
    <li>Fulfill call requirements as outlined in the contract.</li>
    <li>Limit of three days off requests during the contract term.</li>
</ul>
