Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a focus on Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in the Progressive Care Unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Float between different units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and versatility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain required certifications.

Shift Information

This is a night shift position with a schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Patient Ratios

Estimated patient ratios are 1:4, allowing for focused and individualized patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is required.
