Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Behavioral Health to provide exceptional patient care across various age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.

Essential Job Functions

• Utilize the Nursing Process effectively to deliver quality patient care.
• Document thoroughly as care is provided, adhering to regulatory and departmental standards.
• Assist in the responsible management of healthcare resources.
• Take responsibility for maintaining clinical competencies and supporting the professional development of self and others.
• Apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical environment.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Proficient in using computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic medical records.

• Display creativity, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective decision-making.

Patient Ratios

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7.

Qualifications

• Current RN Idaho License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) and Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
