Description
Main Function:
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a professional caregiver responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for a designated group of patients during their recovery period. Utilizing therapeutic communication, the nursing process, and collaboration with health care team members, the RN ensures the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with established standards and the core values of the nursing division. The RN reports to the designated Unit Director.
