LDRP Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing care in a critical access setting where you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals and families during labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Floating: Yes, between units
• Weekends: Required, equally split among staff
• On-call: Not required
• Block Schedules: No
• Expected Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, 1:6
• Holiday Coverage Requirement: Must work at least one winter holiday, scheduled in pairs (Thanksgiving + Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas + Christmas Eve, New Year’s + New Year’s Eve)

Qualifications

• Experience: Seasoned travelers only, with a strong clinical background in labor and delivery nursing.
• Charting System: Proficient in Epic
• Special Requirements: Must have the ability to triage, labor, recover, and care for postpartum patients and newborns.

Shift Information
