Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels, including Level 2 NICU. This position requires a strong background in critical care and ventilator management.
Position Details
- Shift: 3-12 hour night shifts, with rotating call and weekends
- Holiday coverage is required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Must hold an active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification; CRT certifications will not be considered
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
- Proficient in critical care and ventilator management skills
- Experience with neonatal and pediatric patients, including in Level 2 NICU settings
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are mandatory
- Flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations accepted, required from October 1st through April 1st
- This opportunity is suited for experienced travelers; first-time travelers will not be considered
