Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to working in a dynamic environment.

Shift Information

• Three 12-hour night shifts
• 36 or 48 hour work weeks
• Every other weekend and holiday work required as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
• Assist with post-operative care and management of orthopedic patients.
• Float to various Medical-Surgical units as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Medical-Surgical nursing experience is required.
• Experience caring for post-operative patients is mandatory.
• Prior experience in orthopedic nursing is required.
• Telemetry experience is essential.
• Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly favored.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current at the time of submission.
• Must have a valid Massachusetts RN license.
• Candidate must have their own vehicle.

• This position requires flexibility, including the ability to float between units as needed.
