We are seeking to hire a qualified Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) with specialized skills to provide care in an outpatient setting. This position will primarily focus on infusion therapy, chemotherapy administration, and some wound care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building meaningful relationships with a small patient group, recognizing the importance of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in an outpatient oncology setting.
• Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion therapy.
• Perform wound care as needed.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Document patient information accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Exhibit great customer service and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current ONS Provider certification required.
• Current, unencumbered RN license from Utah or a compact state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Wound Care certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of infection control principles and medication safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to accept additional duties as assigned.
• Must have full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
