We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This position requires providing comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU. The successful candidate should have a strong background in critical care and ventilator management.

Shift Information

This position involves working three 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, including call and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures to cardiopulmonary patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
• Maintain proficiency in critical care ventilator management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in emergency response and provide support in critical situations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in respiratory therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of respiratory therapy experience is required.
• Must possess a valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are mandatory.
• Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is required; CRT will not be considered.
• Experience in Neonatal and Pediatric care, including Level 2 NICU, is essential.

Additional Requirements

• Seasonal flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations accepted.
• This position is ideal for experienced travelers; candidates with prior travel experience are preferred.
