Job Description
The X-Ray Technologist is responsible for independently performing routine and complex X-ray exams and assisting with fluoroscopy procedures. This role is essential in a fast-paced acute care environment, providing quality patient care and using strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex X-ray examinations.
- Assist with fluoroscopy procedures as needed.
- Utilize strong patient care and communication skills in a clinical setting.
- Work effectively in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
- Image up to 30 patients per day, ensuring high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Current Texas X-Ray Technologist license in hand.
- Experience working in a fast-paced acute care environment is required.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

- Uniform/Dress Code: Licensed staff must wear solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrubs. Unlicensed personnel should wear solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrubs.
