<h2>Shift Information</h2>
<p>This position requires 12-hour night shifts with on-call duties as needed.</p>

<h2>Job Overview</h2>
<p>We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients during the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases. You will work in a dynamic environment, managing approximately one birth per day.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the LDRP setting.</li>
    <li>Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.</li>
    <li>Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal care and outcomes.</li>
    <li>Educate patients and families regarding care and postpartum recovery.</li>
    <li>Document all patient information accurately and timely.</li>
    <li>Participate in holiday coverage as needed.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
    <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.</li>
    <li>Current certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.</li>
    <li>Nursing certifications: AWHONN, NIHSS are preferred.</li>
