Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. This role requires adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts
Available options for shifts are 36 or 48 hours, with a requirement of two weekend shifts per contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a dynamic emergency setting.
- Utilize strong assessment and critical thinking skills to assess patient conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) are required at the time of submission.
- Experience with Epic charting is essential.
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse locations.
