We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit with a focus on stroke patients. This role involves providing exceptional patient care while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Maintain patient safety and well-being through effective monitoring and assessment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.
• Assist in floating to different units as needed within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• Proficiency in the EPIC electronic health record system is necessary.
• Ability to work rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
