Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) team. This opportunity involves a commitment of 36 hours per week, and candidates will be required to work every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU, focusing on internal medicine and non-surgical diseases.
• Manage patients with complex internal illnesses, including severe infections, acute respiratory failure, and diabetic emergencies.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators and administer continuous drug infusions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is required.
• Current experience with ventilators is mandatory.
• Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is highly preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or a compact license.
• Current certification in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association is required.

Additional Information

This position does not require on-call duty and does not allow for block scheduling. All requests for time off must be specified at the time of submission and should not exceed five days.

Travelers must have their own vehicle to meet job requirements. Please note that local travelers are not eligible for this position.
