Unit Description
Join our dedicated team within a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where you will provide critical care and support to our patients. Our unit focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications required: CPI, ACLS, NIHSS, BLS.
- Experience in an ICU setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
