Interventional Radiologic Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Interventional Radiologic Technologists with expertise in Interventional Radiology, Neuro, and Vascular procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a tertiary care setting.

Work Schedule

• Shifts will be either 5x8 hours or 4x10 hours.
• Typical working hours include 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Flex agency coverage may be required three times during the contract period.

On-Call Requirements

Candidates should be prepared for on-call responsibilities, which include:

• Weekday call: One shift per week, starting at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM and concluding at 7:00 AM the following morning (Monday to Thursday).
• Rotating weekend call: Starting Friday at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM, covering the following time frames:
• 5:30 PM/6:00 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Saturday
• 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Sunday
• 7:00 AM Sunday to 7:00 AM Monday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize imaging technology effectively and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Certification and relevant experience in Interventional Radiology.
• Strong understanding of neuro and vascular procedures preferred.
