Shift Information

This position requires 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. There may be a need to float and precept to multiple locations as necessary.

No weekend or on-call requirements are expected. However, holiday shifts may be required if necessary.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in the Operating Room (OR). The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the following areas:

• Current OR circulation experience of at least 3 years
• Endoscopy experience is required
• Experience in General, Orthopedic, Neurological, Urological, Vascular, and Bariatric surgical procedures

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Meditech Expanse systems. Candidates must possess their own vehicle for transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Massachusetts RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory
• A skills checklist for Operating Room/OR Circulate must be current within the last year
• At least one supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment is required

All scheduling requests and any time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application.

Dress Code

Facility-provided scrubs are required as part of the dress code.
