Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working the evening shift and offers the opportunity to care for patients in a 48-treatment space Emergency Department with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patients' conditions and needs, and coordinate appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer medications and manage patient IVs, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Must hold current certifications in CPI, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Department setting is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Completion of the Centralus Core Competency Exam.
• Completion of the Centralus Epic Questionnaire.
• Verification of state nursing license.
