Ultrasound Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Radiologic Technologist to perform specialized radiographic and ultrasound procedures. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Certifications and Requirements

• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Allied Health Certifications:
  • ARDMS: AB, BR, NE, OB
  • ARRT: R, M, CT, MRI, N, RT
  • RDCS: AE, FE, PE
  • RVT

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Radiologist and Department Director, the Ultrasound Radiologic Technologist will:

• Perform radiographic and ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment.
• Utilize prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis effectively and safely.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT.
• Registered Technologist by the ARRT.
• Licensed Technologist in the state of Montana by the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists.
• Possess knowledge relevant to the age demographics of patients served.

This position is specifically for an individual with experience in ultrasound technology.
