Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
- Current RN licensure.
- Ability to work weekends (minimum of 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to float between units as needed.
Shift Information
This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
Uniform Requirements
Licensed nursing personnel are expected to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrubs. Print tops are not acceptable, except in specified areas.
Parking Information
