Description
Shift:
3x12-Hour Night and Day Shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage IV therapy
- Safely administer medications to patients
- Monitor vital signs and evaluate patient responses to care
- Provide education to patients regarding treatments and self-care practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in developing patient care plans
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for accurate charting and documentation
- Assist in lower acuity units as needed
- Adhere to hospital policies and uphold patient safety standards
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and IV certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
- Travel experience is a plus
