Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Overview

As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) contributes professional and clinical knowledge to provide and manage care for patients, particularly in neonatal intensive care units (NICU). The role may involve floating within the same discipline across multiple locations in the region.

Shift Information

Shift Start Time: 1830
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal patients.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Participate in patient assessments and interventions.
Utilize respiratory care expertise to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of previous NICU RT experience is required.
Completion of at least 1 travel contract.
Active state license is required (Wisconsin, compact allowed).
Experience with EPIC is preferred.
