Assignment Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated healthcare professional for a travel assignment with a choice of 13 or 26 weeks. Start date is as soon as possible, with scheduling options available for both 5x8 or 4x10 shifts based on traveler preference.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, and long-term care/swing bed settings.
• New travelers are not accepted for this assignment.
• Pending licenses may be considered.
• Candidates must have a permanent address located at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Anyone who has worked as permanent staff at any facility must have a gap of at least 3 months before applying as a traveler.

Schedule and Hours

• Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per two weeks.
• Can be called off for one 8-hour shift per two weeks.
• Requests for time off will be approved on an individual basis upon offer.

Unit Information

The department serves a mix of inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and swing bed patients, providing a diverse experience in various healthcare settings.

Housing Information

• Housing will be provided for travelers during the assignment.
• Units typically consist of one-bedroom apartments.
• Housing will be available for move-in 72 hours before the contract begins and must be vacated within 24 hours after the contract ends.
• Pets are not allowed in housing units.
• Additional family members may only be accommodated with prior approval from the facility.
• Housing units must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will apply.
