Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Neuro Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The Neuro Tele RN will be responsible for providing patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' neurological conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Schedule and Shifts

• Shift: Days, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
• Weekends required: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Floating between units may be required

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous experience in Neuro Telemetry or related field preferred

Additional Information

• Expected nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
• 48 hours of work per week are approved
• Department uniform: Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrubs
