We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will:

• Perform patient assessments and determine the severity of conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting
• 3 months minimum of travel nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• All required certifications must be current and in hand:
• Vermont RN license or Compact
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• American Heart Association PALS
• Traveler must have own transportation
• Permanent address must be included in profile

Additional Information

Requests for time off must be noted at the time of submission, with no more than 5 days accepted. No holidays can be taken off entirely. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission as changes will not be considered after the application is submitted.
