Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for first-time travelers looking to expand their experience in diverse settings. The position involves working closely with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies and self-care techniques.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
