Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology for a vital role in providing both ambulatory and inpatient procedural care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with a focus on interventional radiology, along with expertise in PICC line placement and bedside procedural skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of interventional radiology procedures.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support during both outpatient and inpatient procedures.
• Monitor patients closely pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information and procedural details accurately using EPIC.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Float to other areas as needed based on departmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Must have experience with PICC and/or bedside procedural skills.
• Proficient in electronic medical record documentation, specifically EPIC.
• Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are required.

Shift and Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability for a 5-day work week, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-call duties are not required for this role.
