We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling options with 5x8 or 4x10 day shifts, and a contract length of either 13 or 26 weeks, based on traveler preference. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience and hold the required certifications.

• Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks

• Will float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes (Coverage of Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF)
• Local Candidates: Not accepted (Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility)

Qualifications

• Must hold BLS Certification
• Must be certified by NBCOT
• Active state license required
• Experience with various patient populations is preferred, particularly Pediatrics and Adolescents

Facility Information

This position is within a Critical Access Hospital setting, providing care to patients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses. The therapy department offers services to outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients, and includes specialized areas such as wound care and pediatric specialties.

Housing Information

Housing is provided during the assignment and typically consists of 1-bedroom apartments. Travelers can move in not earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after it ends. Please note that pets are not allowed, and housing units are usually designed for the traveler only. Additional family members must receive prior approval. Ensure the unit is cleaned before departure to avoid extra fees.
