We’re seeking a passionate OT to join a top-tier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week travel contract. Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve function and independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
Document patient progress and ensure SNF compliance
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements
Active OT license or eligibility for licensure
SNF experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
