Description

Travel Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – 13 Weeks

Shift: Days | 5×8 (8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Mon–Fri)
Length: 13 weeks | GT: 36 hrs/week
Patient Load: 2–4 patients per day
Charting: WellSky
Work Week: Sunday–Saturday

Travel Details:

Travel radius: 50 miles from facility
Weekly mileage: Varies
Mileage included in bill rate

Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years hospice or relevant RN experience required
Professional scrubs with closed-toe shoes
Strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered care

Additional Info:

COVID-19 vaccination & boosters required
(Medical/Religious exemptions reviewed case-by-case; approved exemptions require weekly testing provided by facility)
Housing must be secured prior to submission
