We are seeking a qualified Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 14-week assignment in New Mexico. This position is covering a vacancy and offers a consistent Monday–Friday day schedule. The caseload consists primarily of Long-Term Care (LTC) patients, with some adult psychiatric patients.

Assignment Details

• Location: New Mexico

• Contract Length: 14 weeks

• Start Date: 7 January 2026

• End Date: 7 April 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and therapy teams

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and progress

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Patient Population

• Primarily Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Some adult psychiatric patients

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Experience in LTC and/or adult behavioral health preferred

• Ability to work independently in a structured setting

• Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
