About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team for 13-week contract assignments. In this role, you will help patients regain independence and improve performance in activities of daily living while working in diverse clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and functional performance

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support continued recovery

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of assignment

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and patient populations
