About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team for 13-week contract assignments. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and support patients in regaining mobility, strength, and functional independence while working in diverse clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional outcomes

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and document therapy outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and strategies to support continued recovery

• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and ensure proper use of equipment

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations
