About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment
Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or acute care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compliance requirements must be met prior to start
