About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed

• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

• Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or acute care preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compliance requirements must be met prior to start
