About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Previous clinical experience preferred
