About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join an Inpatient Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will help patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions regain independence in daily living skills, improve functional performance, and safely transition to their next level of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety

• Treat patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, joint replacement, and complex medical conditions

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Provide patient and caregiver education on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home safety

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with rehab and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team including PT, SLP, nursing, and case management

• Support safe discharge planning and transition of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active OT license in the state of employment

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong clinical, documentation, and teamwork skills
