Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The PT evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and implements interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance training, and functional rehabilitation.

• Implement treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient progress.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.

• Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain department productivity standards.

• Provide safe, effective, and professional patient care.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation programs

Education

• Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensure / Certification

• Required: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain

• Required: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
