We are seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support therapy services for patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental limitations. The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients improve independence and daily function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional skills
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the therapy team and interdisciplinary healthcare staff

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Required: Active COTA license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous occupational therapy or healthcare experience
